Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administration support by responding to enquiries, answering phones and processing request.
- Follow up on jobs with different departments
- Assisting with quoting and customer agreements
- Assist with department projects
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Manage all workshop returns for rental, fleet and contract units.
- Log jobs
- Coordinate with technicians
- Complete administration tasks for transport of equipment
