Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provide administration support by responding to enquiries, answering phones and processing request.
  • Follow up on jobs with different departments
  • Assisting with quoting and customer agreements
  • Assist with department projects
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Manage all workshop returns for rental, fleet and contract units.
  • Log jobs
  • Coordinate with technicians
  • Complete administration tasks for transport of equipment
