Purpose of Position:

To analyse and identify opportunities for enhancing the business processes, formulate system requirements, develop plans and documentation, review and evaluate existing systems and configure systems to meet users’ business needs. Assist in maintaining data integrity in existing HCM systems by conducting routine audits and analysing data. Implement and manage the broader Human Capital Management system.

Requirements:

Advanced Excel (Required), Advanced MS Office, Relevant qualification in Computer Science or Human Resources (Required)

Required Experience:
2-3 years’ experience in general HR, 3-5 years’ experience in Systems Administration, Advanced knowledge in using analytical, statistical, dashboard and/or business intelligence packages, Advanced knowledge of Excel, Advanced knowledge of Google, Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Advanced knowledge of Word, Advance knowledge of HR infrastructure and the relationship of HR systems in supporting an organization, General knowledge of systems software and hardware packages, Knowledge of basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions and to recognise and understand impacts to downstream systems., Knowledge of building HR Analytics, Knowledge of payroll and systems, Knowledge of Workday (all HCM suites), Working knowledge of BCEA and LRA

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance in order to ensure client requirements are met., Formulate systems requirements, develop system plans and documentation, review and evaluate existing systems and configure systems to meet user’s business needs., Implement and manage the Human Capital Management (HCM) system to ensure successful delivery of accurate human capital metrics for the business and to ensure data integrity., Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath., Perform general administrative tasks to ensure effective administration of information and processes in order to provide a quality service., Train Managers and People Partners on the Human Capital Management (HCM) system to ensure competence.
