RGA is inviting all suitable candidates to apply for the Underwriting Administrative Learnership.
Responsibilities
– Accurate capturing of data
– Timeous processing of cases received
– Distributing cases to underwriters
– Accurate recording of daily statistics
– Verifying ASISA and Astute records
– Application status updates on the underwriting system
– Assisting both internal and external clients with enquiries in a timeous and efficient manner
– Assisting in obtaining monthly stats (on turnaround times, underwriting and ceding companies) and maintaining good client relationships.
Learnership Selection Criteria
– Matric Certificate
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Have sound computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Skills
– Be accurate and give attention to detail
– Have the ability to multi-task and work independently
– Excellent numerical skills
– Be able to work well in a team environment
– Be able to work under pressure
