TEMS Administrator

12-month Fixed term contract

Position purpose:

Reporting to the Supervisor, the successful applicant will provide a support service for the customer onsite.

To provide support to clients to ensure the integrity of the CHEP pooling system, client queries and control system issues are attended to quickly and effectively, ensuring the perception of value for money and customer care is entrenched in minds of our clients

Responsibilities

• General administration and client account reconciliations (query resolution process), inclusive of Debit Authorisations, THAAs
• Reconciling of accounts
• Credit balance investigations
• Accurate filing of client documentation
• Managing of suspended and rejected movements
• Conduct interim training with clients until formal training is attended
• Electronic System Support to local client base
• Logging of necessary Cases in Sales Force
• Log necessary escalations to the business via Sales Force
• Submitting of weekly reports to Supervisor for CHEP management and customer management
• Monitoring of EDI data integrity (If applicable)
• Ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved in accordance with the Business Rules.

• Work closely with the CCT and customer operations staff to ensure issues are captured accurately and timeously
• Entertain a good customer relationship and escalate all relevant issues to CHEP management.
• Communicate to relevant parties where there are instances of extended holding periods or excessive volumes.
• Any other reasonable tasks as delegated by CHEP Management

• Qualifications:

Matric Essential

Experience

2 years general office / administration / accounts / reconciliation experience.

Skills and Knowledge

Knowledge of Siebel, Portfolio and SAP would be an advantage; proficiency in Word & Excel is essential.

Team Players who are systematic, accurate, patient, non-aggressive and service orientated with good administration skills will be the best suited to handle this position. The ability to communicate with people at all levels internally and externally is essential.

Certificate – Business Administration/Management

3 – 5 years
