Job description: Telesales Consultant
Mango5 Call Centre is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales Consultant to join our fast-paced sales team!

As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting potential customers via phone and email to promote our products and services
• Identifying and evaluating customer needs to provide solutions through our product offerings
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and confident attitude
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to work independently
