Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Customer service – processing orders, handling all correspondence, sell products/services, processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc.
  • General assistance – counting stock, assisting in warehouse, etc.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 years’ working in marketing / sales
  • Computer literacy – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and telephonic skills – Afrikaans and English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Experience with agricultural products would be advantageous
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Practical attitude with independence
