Job Description:

The Telesales Agent (Outbound Sales) will be responsible for converting inquiries into sales, meeting monthly budgets and targets, and building client relationships to generate referrals and additional sales.


– Grade 12
– Diploma in Sales or Marketing
– Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar environment
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets
– Computer literate
– Experience with sales of courses/training programs, etc.


– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong sales and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Attention to detail
– Customer service oriented
– Proficient in using CRM systems

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through telephonic, face-to-face, and online inquiries
• Proactively pursue sales by contacting current clients
• Record details of inquiries
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales budgets
• Provide excellent customer service
• Foster and maintain client relationships
• Perform accurate and efficient sales-related administration
• Display and apply extensive product knowledge
• Ensure correct product information is provided during sales
• Utilize CRM systems accurately and efficiently
