Supply Chain/ Logistics Trainee
This is a twelve (12) months training programme to gain experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

What are the responsibilities for the role? (What does the Supply Chain/ Logistics programme involve?)
• Monitor and review customer back-order lines
• Work with role players to review and update planning parameters
• Use problem solving skills to assist the materials and supply chain teams
• Support with inventory management process of customer owed inventory and make recommendations
• Communicate issues that impact the department or organization to OTC management on a timely basis
• Review, codify and institutionalize best practices reinforced by the standard operating procedures
• Provide daily assistance to the business operations team
• Explore lean and effective recommendations and document Standard operating procedures

Through exposure and training on:
• Supply Chain and Warehouse Management
• Gain experience in logistics, distribution, and customer service
• Planning and quality assurance

Including development and training on:
• Interpersonal & communication skills
• Intellectual skills
• Organizational & management skills

Who do I need to qualify?
• Completed Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Financial accounting, or similar areas
• High performer
• Assertiveness and analytical thinker
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
