Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organizing and preparation for management meetings
  • Provide secretarial and diverse administrative services
  • Liaising with Landlords
  • Provide professional support services to the team
  • Prepare management correspondence documents

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (essential)
  • 3 years’ experience in the corporate environment as Secretary
  • Tertiary or Secretarial qualification will be an advantage
  • Computer literate in MS Office.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
