Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing and preparation for management meetings
- Provide secretarial and diverse administrative services
- Liaising with Landlords
- Provide professional support services to the team
- Prepare management correspondence documents
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate (essential)
- 3 years’ experience in the corporate environment as Secretary
- Tertiary or Secretarial qualification will be an advantage
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
