Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and report competitor information, compile and implement sales promotional plan
- Negotiate and manage price and shelf space
- Grow and maintain a healthy customer relationship
- Manage and ensure that merchandisers execute service levels
- Assist in collecting customer information to enable opening of accounts
- Control debtors and product returns
- Manage customer claims
- Adhere to claims standard operating procedures
- Administer sales documents and report deal and credit notes
Requirements
- Preferably a National Diploma / Marketing Certificate
- 4-5 years experience
- Experience in FMCG environment
- Valid drivers license (essential)
- Own reliable transport is essential
- Being trustworthy and responsible is critical
- Must be able to work independently
