Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect and report competitor information, compile and implement sales promotional plan
  • Negotiate and manage price and shelf space
  • Grow and maintain a healthy customer relationship
  • Manage and ensure that merchandisers execute service levels
  • Assist in collecting customer information to enable opening of accounts
  • Control debtors and product returns
  • Manage customer claims
  • Adhere to claims standard operating procedures
  • Administer sales documents and report deal and credit notes

Requirements

  • Preferably a National Diploma / Marketing Certificate
  • 4-5 years experience
  • Experience in FMCG environment
  • Valid drivers license (essential)
  • Own reliable transport is essential
  • Being trustworthy and responsible is critical
  • Must be able to work independently
