Job Description
- Area Sales Representative with liquor experience urgently required covering the Western Cape and Cape Town region for a vibey and exciting brand!
- Take responsibility for the region ensuring expansion of the brand within the high-end on and off trade industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Development of new business and growing the company’s market share in the supply of liquor for onsite and offsite sale
- New business development, cold calling and closing new deals
- Regular service calls to existing clients, maintaining call cycles
- Liaising with clients regarding promotions, tastings and other events
- Train clients on new installations and equipment for onsite sales
- Management of company assets and promotional material on site
- Resolve queries and complaints from clients, offering solutions
- Manage delivery of products to clients
- Compile detailed sales reports, completed and pending, manage profit margins and budget
- Work towards set sales targets
- Collaborate with clients, event organizers, brand ambassadors, trainers, operations, mixologists, finance and senior management.
Requirements
- Matric essential, tertiary qualification an advantage
- Knowledge of the liquor industry and previous on and off trade sales experience essential
- Proven sales track record
- Willing to travel, servicing the entire Western Cape area
- Able to work from home, self management and discipline
- Team player
