Job Description
- Telephonic sales of various insurance products to pre-qualified leads provided by the Company. Reaching/exceeding of minimum sales, QA and Productivity targets as well as general administrative functions as required by the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Adherence to training requirements at all times
- Telephonically contact prospective clients (pre-qualified leads) with the intent to sell insurance policies
- Explain the benefits and feature of the policies to the prospective client in accordance to the script provided
- whilst in training
- To conduct all calls in a professional, confident, honest and polite manner
- To work through leads thoroughly in order to achieve optimum contact rates
- To be involved in test campaigns as and when required by management
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely completion of application forms for all concluded sales
- Completion of daily statistics reports
- Management of leads in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Accurate record keeping of daily sales results in the prescribed format
- Continuous updating of sales on the sales board
