Sales & Marketing Consultant : Unique Personnel

Job Description
  • Telephonic sales of various insurance products to pre-qualified leads provided by the Company. Reaching/exceeding of minimum sales, QA and Productivity targets as well as general administrative functions as required by the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Adherence to training requirements at all times
  • Telephonically contact prospective clients (pre-qualified leads) with the intent to sell insurance policies
  • Explain the benefits and feature of the policies to the prospective client in accordance to the script provided
  • whilst in training
  • To conduct all calls in a professional, confident, honest and polite manner
  • To work through leads thoroughly in order to achieve optimum contact rates
  • To be involved in test campaigns as and when required by management
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely completion of application forms for all concluded sales
  • Completion of daily statistics reports
  • Management of leads in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Accurate record keeping of daily sales results in the prescribed format
  • Continuous updating of sales on the sales board
