Job Description
To effectively contribute to the company’s Turnover and GP by selling all products and services offered by Rectron as well as effectively manage the relationship between the company and its customers.
Outputs and Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, GP, and customer breadth targets
- Establish a good understanding of your customer and their business needs to:
- Effectively position Rectron’s products and services
- Sales planning, accurate forecasting, participation in marketing initiatives
- Communicate relevant specials, incentives, and marketing events
- Responsible for managing CRM and Pipeline tools
- Generate new revenue streams within the existing customer base
- Drive new business development initiatives to increase customer breadth
- Understand market trends and competitive landscape
- Display a comprehensive understanding of the product ranges and services offered by Rectron
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Manage emails
- Phone calls
- Quote requests, processing of orders
- Order tracking
- Product proposals
- Customer Feedback
- Tracking and reporting on monthly sales targets
Education/Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales environment
- High level of the technology market trends and devices/components available
- Customer account relationship management experience
- Telephonic as well as customer-facing experience
- Data capturing and maintaining as well as reporting experience
