Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be required to process important administrative tasks, such as order processing, and act as an extension of the Sales team. He/she will form an important point of contact for customers with queries about orders or deliveries and contributes to quality customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and respond to emails.
  • Generating customer quotations.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate resource.
  • Follow up customer calls were necessary.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Send quotations, orders and all relevant documentation to branches for processing.
  • Alerting Sales Consultants to urgent issues.
  • Updating existing customer information.
  • Enter new customer information into system.
  • Processing quotations for all tenders
  • Generate deal sheet and distribute them internally.
  • Update relevant reporting documentation.
  • Track large customer orders weekly to ensure no late deliveries.
  • Ensure communication between branches and stores
  • Due to the entrepreneurial culture and flat structures at JoJo all staff are expected to execute any reasonable instruction and request from their Manager from time to time.


  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Admin, Sales or Finance.
  • Strong administrative background and detail orientated.
  • Sage Evolution knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relations.
