Job Description
- The successful candidate will be required to process important administrative tasks, such as order processing, and act as an extension of the Sales team. He/she will form an important point of contact for customers with queries about orders or deliveries and contributes to quality customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
- Generating customer quotations.
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls were necessary.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Send quotations, orders and all relevant documentation to branches for processing.
- Alerting Sales Consultants to urgent issues.
- Updating existing customer information.
- Enter new customer information into system.
- Processing quotations for all tenders
- Generate deal sheet and distribute them internally.
- Update relevant reporting documentation.
- Track large customer orders weekly to ensure no late deliveries.
- Ensure communication between branches and stores
- Due to the entrepreneurial culture and flat structures at JoJo all staff are expected to execute any reasonable instruction and request from their Manager from time to time.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 2-3 years’ experience in Admin, Sales or Finance.
- Strong administrative background and detail orientated.
- Sage Evolution knowledge would be advantageous.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Driver’s license.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal relations.
