Your responsibilities will involve
▪ Daily receiving and processing of orders
▪ Handling of queries and providing timeous feedback to customers
▪ Following up on urgent and important orders
▪ Liaising with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure inter-departmental cooperation and
customer satisfaction
▪ Upselling of products to customers based on the items they have chosen
▪ Maintaining excellent administrative procedures and duties
Qualifications and skills we are looking for
▪ Minimum Grade 12
▪ Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage
▪ 2 – 5 years’ customer service experience, preferably in lubricants and/or automotive industry
▪ Computer literacy and Ms Office proficiency
▪ SAP knowledge will be an advantage
▪ Fluent in written and spoken English
