Sales Administrator

required for a contract role in Woodmead for 6 months.

Duties:
• Calendar management, meeting bookings, Agendas i.e. Roadshows, business planning, trade visits
• Travel, itineraries, logistics arrangements
• Trading Terms administration.
• T&E for sales by team / reallocations / recons
• Purchase Orders, Vendor applications and loading of contracts
• Promo stock requisitions
• Adhoc admin support
• Manage driver activities

Requirements:
• Matric + Tertiary qualification (would be an advantage)
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• FMCG experience would be an advantage
• JDE experience
