Job Description
- We are the leaders in poultry equipment manufacturing and distribution in Sub-Saharan Africa with over 3 decades of experience. We are looking for a Sales Administrator who can join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Check completeness of sales orders with Sales managers to ensure sales order is correct and complete.
- Check stock availability.
- Diarise for date to go out.
- Follow up on stock purchases/manufacturing to ensure all stock for the project is ready by delivery date.
- Obtain quotes for delivery and freight.
- Invoice client and do all supporting documents needed, including border docs if/when needed.

- General administration duties
Requirements
- Minimum qualification
- Grade 12
- 6 years plus Experience
- Own reliable transport
- Valid drivers’ licence.
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans
- Knowledge of Pastel Partner
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel word and Office.
- Attention to detail and willing to work under pressure.
