Sales Administrator : Reliance Poultry Equipment

Job Description

  • We are the leaders in poultry equipment manufacturing and distribution in Sub-Saharan Africa with over 3 decades of experience. We are looking for a Sales Administrator who can join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check completeness of sales orders with Sales managers to ensure sales order is correct and complete.
  • Check stock availability.
  • Diarise for date to go out.
  • Follow up on stock purchases/manufacturing to ensure all stock for the project is ready by delivery date.
  • Obtain quotes for delivery and freight.
  • Invoice client and do all supporting documents needed, including border docs if/when needed.

  • Minimum qualification
  • Grade 12
  • 6 years plus Experience
  • Own reliable transport
  • Valid drivers’ licence.
  • Proficient in English and Afrikaans
  • Knowledge of Pastel Partner
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel word and Office.
  • Attention to detail and willing to work under pressure.
