JOB OBJECTIVE
To handle full sales administration responsibilities.
TASK DESCRIPTION
· Refer new Customers to Head office Credit Control
· Receive and Capture credit notes on the system
· Reception Duties
· Sales Administration Filing and Liaise with Docufile regarding off site storage management
· Receive and process relevant customer orders
· Inform Sales Admin Supervisor, IT or KAM of any Master data issues affecting order processing
· Communicate any important requests with the Warehouse team by making pickslip notes
· Print pick slips and control sheets for the Warehouse to collect
· Daily follow up on any price issues with the relevant people
· Resolve customer queries acceptable time frame
· Resolve all mail queries received from company Stakeholders within an acceptable time frame
· Using root cause analysis to before responding to queries
· Escalate any unresolved issues with the Sales admin Supervisor
· Go through the daily open order list every afternoon, identify discrepancies and take the necessary action
· Sending customer Invoices and POD’s as and when requested
· Following Cash account processes according to the standard operating procedure
· Following Free stock processes according to the standard operating procedure
· Cross Checking orders to maintain accuracy
· Support to the Sales team
· Communicate to customers regarding delay in their delivery
· Perform other general administrative duties as assigned by the Sales Administration Supervisor and Warehouse manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Grade 12 is essential
· Diploma or an equivalent tertiary qualification in sales, marketing or supply chain will be advantageous
· 3-5 years’ experience in sales environment essential
· Experience in a FMCG environment is essential
· Experience in processing quotations, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes
· Must have experience as a super user on SYSPRO

· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays, if and when required or overtime by agreement
