Job Description

  • The purpose of the Relationship Consultant is to coordinate the sales process with customers across different segments by capturing orders, liaising with the warehouse and production around stock and branding, sending out and following up on marketing campaigns and to assist with other requests such as indent orders and alterations.

    Duties and Responsibilities 


  • Receive request from customers and capture order on the system accordingly or assist customers with placing the orders on line
  • Liaise with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and revert back to the client if required
  • Complete the branding check list if it is a branding order and capture order correctly
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Distribute sales campaigns to customer based and follow up with customers by doing a call campaign
  • Discuss cross selling and upselling opportunities with the client and capture accordingly
  • Complete indent order checklist if customer requires customized product, and submit to sourcing to confirm viability of indent order
  • Provide feedback to the customer on the outcome
  • Coordinate alterations process if required
