Job Description
- The Core Group/ iStore needs a Recruitment Administrator to support our dynamic and fast-moving team. We make things happen in the hustle and bustle of a very busy recruitment team.
- Are you a multitasker with a great communication skill and a sense of urgency?
Duties and Responsibilities
- You would be the Custodian of candidate documentation
- You will work closely to the team, HR and hiring managers
- You would be responsible for setting up candidate interviews
- Schedule and manage all pre-employment checks with the relevant vendors.
- Ensure candidates files are updated on the Recruitment system (ATS) at all times
- Assist Recruiters with compiling the hire packs.
- Keep accurate records of candidate information.
- Occasionally Assist with – ADHOC tasks
Requirements
- Matric but a degree will be advantageous
- 1 to 2 years experience in a fast moving environment!
