Job Context
SERVEST SECURITY, A DIVISION OF SERVEST GROUP HAS A VACANCY FOR A RECEPTIONIST REPORTING TO THE OPERATIONS MANAGER. MUST HAVE GRADE 12. RELEVANT TERTIARY QUALIFICATION WILL BE ADVANTAGEOUS.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
A tertiary qualification in Office Administration or any related field would be an advantage
At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Receptionist in a clerical or administrative role required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Maintain reception area in an orderly, clean, and tidy manner at all times
Ensure visitors sign in and out when arriving or leaving the premises
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed for the boardroom kitchen and the marketing storeroom
Manage the external visitor boardrooms (ensure they are clean, manage bookings and resolve booking conflicts)
Assist management where needed
