▪ Navigate customer conversations by leveraging the four parts of a service conversation: open, learn, reply, and close.
▪ Recognizes conversation barriers; Gains customer confidence and cooperation;
▪ Leverages open and closed questions; Shares clear and correct information;

▪ Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited (Essential)
▪ General Experience
▪ 2 – 3 years Reception experience in a medium to large corporate environments (Essential).
▪ Sound knowledge of Basic Administration and Reception procedures (Essential).
