Job Description

  • Our client in the automotive industry, is looking for a well-spoken, well-presentable Dealership Receptionist.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Answering of switchboard – first point of engagement with all stakeholders, employees and clients
  • Managing reception email address and distributing information to the correct departments
  • Receive guest and clients
  • Arrange beverages for all meetings/appointments
  • Booking of meeting rooms, refreshments & lunches as required
  • Assist with daily communication to sales and admin departments
  • Stationary & cartridge orders and reconciling of weekly and monthly payments and reporting to financial department
  • Assisting with general admin duties

Requirements:

  • Matric or equivalent would be an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Computer literate
  • Friendly and not shy
