Job Description
- A well -established organisation in Centurion is looking for a well-organised, friendly and meticulous individual to join their Team as a Receptionist.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and welcome visitors.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls.
- Make customer feedback calls, record feedback and email customer review forms.
- Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting visitors tags and keys and maintaining logs thereof.
- Receive and process deliveries and returned client equipment.
- Assist with general office administration.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- Photo (Required)
- Must have own reliable vehicle
- Fully bilingual in English
- Excellent communication skills and telephone and email etiquette.
- Excellent computer skills and experience using Google Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants MUST have 1 – 2 years experience working in the field of administration.
