RECEPTIONIST : MGIBA COMMUNICATION

Job Description

  • A well -established organisation in Centurion is looking for a well-organised, friendly and meticulous individual to join their Team as a Receptionist.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and welcome visitors.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls.
  • Make customer feedback calls, record feedback and email customer review forms.
  • Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting visitors tags and keys and maintaining logs thereof.
  • Receive and process deliveries and returned client equipment.
  • Assist with general office administration.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required by the company.

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate
  • Photo (Required)
  • Must have own reliable vehicle
  • Fully bilingual in English
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone and email etiquette.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience using Google Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants MUST have 1 – 2 years experience working in the field of administration.
