- We are looking for an experienced Professional Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting, welcoming and directing of clients and visitors appropriately.
- Helping them navigate through office.
- Maintains security and telecommunication system.
- Answering and referring enquiries.
- Maintaining employee and department telephone directories
- Office administrative duties.
- Administrative support to all company departments.
- Excellent and effective time management.
- Excellent typing and taking of minutes skills.
- Ability to document and assist with office administration.
- Multitasking and efficiency
- Effective and proffessional communication in both English and Afrikaans (Read,write and speak)
- Good planning and organizing.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying and applying company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Must have own reliable vehicle and be willing to use it occasionally for the company at AA rates.
- Good communication skills at all levels, reading, written and verbal in English and Afrikaans
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- General administration skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Above average proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent time Management and Multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent and accurate typing and taking of minutes skills.
- Very professional demeanor.
- Professional appearance.
