Purpose
A vacancy exists for a Receptionist at our Pretoria Bakery.
The position will report to the Sales Manager.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the overall customer service effectiveness of the operating procedures and administrational functions in the bakery and to provide administrative support.
Requirements
Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
2 Years Customer service/Reception experience
Skills & Competencies
Computer literate with sound knowledge of shoppingmode Microsoft Office programs e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
Excellent Communication skills
Basic knowledge of product and general operations within baking environment
Detailed and results oriented
Professional, diplomatic and cordial
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Responsibilities
Manage and control all incoming call
Assist various Departments with administrative duties
Assist with compiling reports as and when required
Manage all switchboard functions
Answer switchboard courteously and timeously
Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Assist with Price Surveys
Update Service Level Agreements
Manage the availability of the Training Centre
Assist with general office administration and queries
Relieve Telesales as and when necessary
Update noticeboards
