• Answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and maintaining a swift response rate in accordance with Aftermarket Solutions standards.
• Providing information and assistance to callers.
• Taking and relaying messages to relevant parties.
• Correcting and updating the electronic directory.
• Relief cashier duties.
• Being aware of and reporting suspicious activity.
• Receiving COD cash from drivers.
• Handing over and balancing COD cash.
• Assisting COD Clerk with customers.
Requirements:
• Matric qualification is essential.
• Previous experience is essential.
• Must have admin experience.
• Must be organized, accurate, and professional.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Must be a quick learner.
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

• Clear ITC and Criminal record.
