PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To complete all the administrative tasks of the Distribution Centre.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order and stock control
- Reception (manage the switchboard and receive guests and visitors)
- Office administration (including faxing, filing and post)
- Purchase of office consumables (stationery, tea and coffee)
- Administration of supplier documentation
- Quality control of GRVs
- Sourcing and following up on Supplier quotes and invoices
- Health and Safety Induction
- Ad hoc tasks as required
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Distribution Centre environment
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and G-suite
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Willing to work P40 (includes weekends)
