Receptionist/ Administration Clerk Jobs at PEPHome

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To complete all the administrative tasks of the Distribution Centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order and stock control
  • Reception (manage the switchboard and receive guests and visitors)
  • Office administration (including faxing, filing and post)
  • Purchase of office consumables (stationery, tea and coffee)
  • Administration of supplier documentation
  • Quality control of GRVs
  • Sourcing and following up on Supplier quotes and invoices
  • Health and Safety Induction
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Distribution Centre environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and G-suite
  • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
  • Willing to work P40 (includes weekends)
