Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the operational performance of the receiving department
- Provide leadership and coaching within the receiving department
- General management of the receiving department, e.g. managing expenses within the allocated budget, facilitating the import damage process/ excesses/ shortages etc.
- Manage the relationships between the receiving department and stakeholders, e.g. QC, buyers, suppliers etc.
- Being able to work in any other department when required
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Computer Literacy: Google Sheets and/or MS Office
- Good communication skills; excellent in planning, organizing and problem-solving;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships; high regard for quality and detail
- A passionate, service orientated team player
