Process Controller : Agritalent

Job Description

  • An Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks a Process Controller in the retail environment.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Analyse, propose, and implement best practice business model.
• Determine which structure within the division can be redesigned to reduce cost and/or enhance profit.
• Review and ensure relevance of applicable systems, processes, and procedures.
• Identify any shortcomings or non-compliance with existing systems, processes, and procedures.
• Recommend/Development, test, and implementation of changes in the system, processes, and procedures.
• Improve system effectiveness by evaluating processes and identifying problems.
• Identify and recommend training needs on processes and systems for personnel development.
• Implementation of Internal Auditor’s and Operating Controllers’ recommendations.
• Conduct continuous system process optimization investigations and audits within Hinterland branches and other related projects on an ad-hoc basis.
• Monitor and assist with stock take.
• Monitor and assist with handover


• National Senior Certificate.
• Relevant BCom degree or Internal Audit Diploma.
• Two years relevant audit experience.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with SAP knowledge will receive preference.
• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing programs at highly proficient level.
• Attention to detail.
• Great time management.
