Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diary Management
  • Booking and making travel arrangements locally and abroad
  • Ordering & reconciling of consumables
  • Obtaining quotes and purchasing of office supplies and staff equipment such as lap tops etc for new employees
  • Event planning
  • Setting up meetings on behalf of the 3 senior managers ( CEO, MD and Head of HR and Marketing)
  • Arranging courier services for items to be shipped to Cape Town
  • Obtaining quotes and getting approval for various products and services
  • Reconcile payments on the business card against the statement
  • Annual insurance renewals (personal and business
  • Ensure that our BBBEE certificate is renewed annually


  • Young lady with previous PA experience, own vehicle and living in the Fourways area.
  • Ability to work with three senior executives with very different personalities and busy schedules
  • Able to multitask and be extremely deadline driven
  • Willing to do personal ad hoc tasks such as vehicle licensing etc
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • High EQ
