Duties and Responsibilities
- Diary Management
- Booking and making travel arrangements locally and abroad
- Ordering & reconciling of consumables
- Obtaining quotes and purchasing of office supplies and staff equipment such as lap tops etc for new employees
- Event planning
- Setting up meetings on behalf of the 3 senior managers ( CEO, MD and Head of HR and Marketing)
- Arranging courier services for items to be shipped to Cape Town
- Obtaining quotes and getting approval for various products and services
- Reconcile payments on the business card against the statement
- Annual insurance renewals (personal and business
- Ensure that our BBBEE certificate is renewed annually
Requirements
- Young lady with previous PA experience, own vehicle and living in the Fourways area.
- Ability to work with three senior executives with very different personalities and busy schedules
- Able to multitask and be extremely deadline driven
- Willing to do personal ad hoc tasks such as vehicle licensing etc
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- High EQ
