Payroll Filing Clerk at Empact Group

Main purpose of the job
To file and maintain payroll and personnel information as well as perform adhoc administrative duties.

Education and experience required:
• Matric
• At least 1 year working experience
• Computer literate (MS Office including Excel)

Knowledge Skills and Competencies required:
• MS Office essential
• Capable of working independently
• Highly organised and detail oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Must be s team player
• Excellent telephone manner
• Friendly and helpful
• Physically fit to carry documentation to storage and access archive files on request
• Able to efficiently work under pressure

Key areas of responsibilities:
• Photocopying and scanning administrative documents
• Create and update personnel files for new entrants
• Maintain all payroll and personnel records in a methodical system
• Locate and remove information from files when requested
• In-putting data accurately and efficiently on internal system
• Modify or improve filing systems or implement new filing systems
• UIF and Provident fund withdrawal form
• Archiving
• Adhoc activities
