Parts Expeditor | Bell Equipment

Applications for the following position are invited from suitably qualified interested parties. However, permanent team members will be considered in the first instance thereafter external applicants will be considered.

▪ Draw daily backorder reports
▪ Follow up with branch controllers with regards to release parts and organise collection
▪ Log service ticket and do daily follow up on all part related queries
▪ MIGO and goods movements of parts into jobs
▪ Create parts numbers and release orders (PO/STO)
▪ Liaison with buyers regarding parts on back orders (ETA/ Lead timeline)
▪ Create returns purchase orders for parts
▪ Source’s parts dealer network when needed
▪ Assist with issuing of parts to mechanics (from workshop holding area)
▪ Assist mechanics with quotes
▪ Submit NRI / Freight charges forms to relevant persons as well as orders for charges
▪ Follow up daily on credit
▪ Filling and house keeping
▪ Assist with Robbing Process

▪ Abet Level 4
▪ Applicants must have two years’ experience in a similar capacity
▪ Good written and verbal communication skills
▪ Applicants must be self-motivated and resourceful
▪ Work well in a team
▪ Ability to work under pressure
▪ Valid driver’s licence
▪ SAP knowledge essential
▪ Must Computer literate
▪ Bell product knowledge is essential
