- A Client in Midrand is looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join their team as a Part-Time Admin Assistant. This is a flexible role that requires a self-starter with a passion for helping others and a strong administrative background.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support
- Scheduling and organizing appointments and meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone calls
- Filing and maintaining accurate records and databases
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
- Running errands and performing other duties as assigned
- Performing market research
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Previous administrative experience required
- Availability to work part-time, up to 2 days per week
