Job Description

  • A Client in Midrand is looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join their team as a Part-Time Admin Assistant. This is a flexible role that requires a self-starter with a passion for helping others and a strong administrative background.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Providing administrative support
  • Scheduling and organizing appointments and meetings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone calls
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
  • Running errands and performing other duties as assigned
  • Performing market research

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Previous administrative experience required
  • Availability to work part-time, up to 2 days per week
