  • Coordination of meetings & functions
  • Preparation of all agreements
  • Taking Dictation
  • Letter writing/ email correspondence
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Coordinate Tenders
  • Handling insurance claims & vehicle registration
  • Follow up on building maintenance
  • Control movement of assets
  • Fleet management
  • Overseeing staff
  • Assist recruitment and onboarding of employees.
  • Submitting payroll inputs
  • Coordinate training
  • Employment equity administration
