- Our client in the insurance industry offers insurance solutions to Credit Providers and they have a vacancy available for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis. Kloof – KZN area.
- To oversee the full administration function of the office pertaining to all products
and business operations.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- RE5 and NQF4 150 credits or be currently working towards completing these.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans- Have experience in and a solid understanding of the insurance industry and how insurance
- business is structured and conducted.
- Have a solid understanding of the Microfinance industry and the role-players
- Be highly proficient in MS Office;
- Have knowledge and experience with smartphones and cellphone apps;
- Have a professional, customer-focused manner both telephonically and through written
correspondence; - Be able to converse effectively with basic users through to top management;
- Be able to manage staff and lead by example to get the best out of the team;
- Be able to work efficiently and remain focused under pressure;
- Be able to think logically and problem-solve;
- Be self-disciplined and have initiative;
- Be multilingual (advantageous)
