Job Description

  • Our client in the insurance industry offers insurance solutions to Credit Providers and they have a vacancy available for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis. Kloof – KZN area.
  •  To oversee the full administration function of the office pertaining to all products
    and business operations.

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • RE5 and NQF4 150 credits or be currently working towards completing these.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans- Have experience in and a solid understanding of the insurance industry and how insurance
  • business is structured and conducted.
  • Have a solid understanding of the Microfinance industry and the role-players
  •  Be highly proficient in MS Office;
  • Have knowledge and experience with smartphones and cellphone apps;
  • Have a professional, customer-focused manner both telephonically and through written
    correspondence;
  • Be able to converse effectively with basic users through to top management;
  • Be able to manage staff and lead by example to get the best out of the team;
  • Be able to work efficiently and remain focused under pressure;
  • Be able to think logically and problem-solve;
  • Be self-disciplined and have initiative;
  • Be multilingual (advantageous)
