Job Description:
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for managing networking, internal staff functions, and corporate social events. They will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, such as doctors, medical practitioners, medical funders, and suppliers. The Marketing Officer will develop and implement marketing strategies for the hospital, recruit new doctors, and maintain relationships with current doctors. They will also coordinate CPD programs for doctors, manage targeted media marketing campaigns, and oversee general marketing activities to promote the hospital and company to the public, community, doctors, and medical funders. The Marketing Officer will be required to submit monthly marketing reports and other relevant administrative documents.
Requirements:
– Grade 12 and Marketing related qualification.
– Minimum 2 years’ work experience in marketing or similar roles at a medium to large organization, with at least 1 year in the medical industry and calling on doctors.
– Good track record of client relationships or liaison.
– Familiarity with technology used to assess performance.
– Experience in online marketing and advertising.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and report patient survey results.
• Collect doctor and doctor’s receptionist surveys and data.
• Maintain individual budgets and hospital’s budgeted revenue.
