To ensure that the showroom and all displays are neat, tidy and operational at all times.
Assist clients with sample picking, registration, system queries
Liaise with marketing department on marketing initiatives being implemented in showroom and action
Plan and execute showroom promotions with marketing department
Identify which display stock is required and replenish/
Issue samples to clients
Offer clients quick training sessions on product knowledge and marketing tools available
Deal with client queries in the showroom and escalate when necessary.
Work with customer care and marketing department when required.
Miscellaneous administrative tasks when required.
Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask
Exceptional communicator both written and verbal
Familiarity with promotional gifting industry is an advantage
High level of customer service skills
Highly organized, efficient, and able to work in a busy environment
