Job Description
To facilitate the OUTsurance Life & Funeral product, Life & Funeral Claims Administrators are needed to provide dedicated, value-orientated assistance, hence the position of Life & Funeral Claims Administrator emerged.
Duties And Responsibilities
– Handle Admin and follow up concerning Life and Funeral claims
– Dealing with queries with Life & Funeral clients and service providers
– Liaise with service providers and assessors
– Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality in place
– Handling all claims in a professional and proficient manner
Job Requirements
– Minimum Matric/Grade 12 equivalent
– Previous Administration experience with Life & Funeral Claims will be beneficial
