Lelokohoa Office Assistant Vacancy

An upmarket residential estate in the Hartbeespoort area requires the services of an experienced Office Assistant to provide support to management. The ideal candidate would have extensive hands–on experience in administration, communication, secretarial and customer service. This position will report directly to the Estate Manager and Administration Manager.

Location: Hartbeespoort, Gauteng

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed writing and editing skills – in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective internal and external communication
  • Self-motivated and be able to function independently
  • Good time management
  • Good understanding of:
    Administration processes
    Secretarial functions
    Social Media experience i.e. website, Facebook, and database portals
    Database management, specifically relating to residents’ information
    Coordinating events and functions
    Self-motivated and be able to function independently

NB:
Preference will be given to candidates with HOA / Estate management experience.
Remuneration package negotiable.
