Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and consult on phlebotomy learnership regulations and legislation in order to ensure compliance with the necessary legislative procedures
- Co-ordinate phlebotomy learnership Activities to ensure adherence to organisation, HPCSA, SETA and SARS legislative procedures
- Design and develop training material to ensure training standards are maintained

- Facilitate the phlebotomy learnership material and programs in outcomes based format to ensure effective transfer of knowledge
