Are you keen on solving real-world HR and payroll problems? Looking to start your Payroll Career and to help our customers make the most of their HR and Payroll applications?

We are looking for Finance / HR Graduates who want to become certified Sage Payroll Consultants.

Once certified the Key Responsibilities will be
Build and maintain sustainable client relationships with Sage 300 People clients
To provide internal training and support to clients regarding Sage 300 People product
Consult on all aspects with regards to the software implementation (scoping, guidelines, requirements, data handling, roll out and support)
Ability to deliver on time on budget and expected quality
Be able to manage clients’ requirements and expectations
Solution orientated
Support others in problem-solving and provide support and advice to less experienced consultants to manage product implementations
Work as part of a team, contributing and sharing best practices, knowledge, resources, and ideas
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Self-managed and self-motivated
Provide analytical and insightful recommendations to clients and teams
Identify and convert up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to clients
Understand data and reporting

Requirements
Red Ember Technology (Pty) Ltd will require you to attend Sage Payroll Training during your probation period.
