Junior PA and Office Assistant : StaffCentral Consulting

Job Description 

  • The role will involve coordinating meetings, diary management, administrative support, booking travel and accommodation, as well as the potential for project support and assisting with social media and communications.


Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

  •  Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Respond to general telephonic and email queries.
  •  Assist with a busy switchboard.
  •  Process and issue invoices.
  • Send relevant documentation to customers and follow-up on incomplete information.
  •  General office administration duties.
  •  Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.

Candidate Requirements/ Experience:

  •  Matric/ Grade 12 qualification.
  •  Tertiary qualification.
  • No/ minimal work experience (entry-level position).
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
  • A confident telephone etiquette with an enduring positive energy.
  •  Good people-skills and ability to deal with difficult people.
