Junior Admin Lady : Migco Household Removals

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attending to enquiries received via WhatsApp and mail
  • Emailing clients
  • Taking calls from the company cellphone
  • Processing template Excel with client’s info of their household content to get Cubic meters.
  • Processing Quotes after establishing the volume to quote on.
  • Attending to client’s issues & queries if any.
  • Send emails to clients with their quotes and relevant documents.
  • Oversee the whole project from beginning to end with all relevant paperwork and dates – Admin related only.
  • Keep diary for Sales Director with appointments.
  • General office work
  • Training will be given.


  • Matric
  • Proficient in English ( some Afrikaans will help but not necessary)
  • Good with maths (numbers)
  • Basic Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good telephone manners
  • Can handle stress during peak hours (quotes)
