Duties & Responsibilities
- Attending to enquiries received via WhatsApp and mail
- Emailing clients
- Taking calls from the company cellphone
- Processing template Excel with client’s info of their household content to get Cubic meters.
- Processing Quotes after establishing the volume to quote on.
- Attending to client’s issues & queries if any.
- Send emails to clients with their quotes and relevant documents.
- Oversee the whole project from beginning to end with all relevant paperwork and dates – Admin related only.
- Keep diary for Sales Director with appointments.
- General office work
- Training will be given.
- Proficient in English ( some Afrikaans will help but not necessary)
- Good with maths (numbers)
- Basic Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good telephone manners
- Can handle stress during peak hours (quotes)
