Currently we are searching for an IT Support Technician for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
Install and maintain hardware and/or software.
Performance tuning on pc’s.
Advanced Troubleshoot and repair pc hardware, network connections, internet connectivity, printers, modems, and other peripherals.
Interact with end user to fully utilize IT resources.
Answer, log and follow up on all Helpdesk calls and e-mails.
Provide detailed hardware and software inventory records.
Low-to-mid level Server Maintenance.
System administration, e.g., unlocking accounts, device encryption.
Adhere to IT Procedure manual.
Requirements of this Post:
Matric with CompTIA A+ qualification.
Four years experience as IT Support Technician.
Good time management and prioritizing capabilities.
Fundamental understanding of a Microsoft server/network environment.
Basic administrative skills.
Excellent communication with the team.
