- Effective handling of all administrative tasks, claims and underwriting inquiries regarding insurance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Service and liaison with Insurers and Clients;
- Assist with handling underwriting and claims;
- Assist with handling of crop insurance;
- Maintenance of insurance policies;
- Execution of administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Grade 12;
- FAIS Accreditation (relevant qualification, RE5 & CoB). (RE5 is compulsory or must be completed successfully within 6 months);
- Previous experience in an insurance environment;
- Valid driving license.
- Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Strong numeracy skills;
- Good organizational ability;
- Must be able to function under pressure;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
