HR Manager whom will report to the Executive Manager HR & Corporate Services and
be based at our Head office in Bonaero Park. The purpose of the position is to guide and manage the HR needs of the
company by providing timeous HR support and guidance across all levels of the business. In so doing, ensuring alignment
(and the creation of) sound HR practices whilst ensuring an engaged and productive workforce

Responsibilities and Duties 
– Assist with the development and implementation of the overall HR strategies and initiatives in order to support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
– Manage the full HR function including record and data base management, projects and change management processes;
– Conduct annual benchmarking and reviews ensuring the implementation of best practice on remuneration, reward and benefit structures;
– Ensures legal compliance with and implementation of the relevant employment, employment equity and skills development laws;
– Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics;
– Promoting corporate values and nurture a positive working environment;
– Assist with the management of all HR related projects.

Requirements
– Degree in Human Resources Management (or related field);
– 3 years’ experience in a management role;
– Sound knowledge of Employment laws, practices, benefits administration, Reward and Recognition, Compensation & Wage structures, Skills Development, Employment Equity;
– Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems
(preferable Sage People 300) and Microsoft office (with exceptional skills in Excel);
– Demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping;
– Travel is expected on an ad hoc basis to destination airports as required.
