HR Assistant : Amalfi Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource
  • At least 2 years relevant HR experience, preferably with background in a BPO setting
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
  • Exposure to labour law and related legislations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communications skills
  • Has excellent written skills
