HR Administrators (Human Resources) Jobs at Discovery

Job Description:

• Provide day to day HR Administration function to the VitalityLife Business Unit
• Assist with gathering and compiling relevant data sets for the HR team
• Partner with HRM and HRG to manage and maintain strong links across VitalityLife SA and UK
• Build positive working relationships with senior stakeholders and staff
• Update and maintain relevant spreadsheets and trackers
• Coordinate recruitment related administration and documentation
• Assist with HR related projects and tasks as required
• Maintain strong relations with the Discovery People Community

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 is essential
• Completed HR degree or equivalent
• 1-2 Years experience in an HRA role
• Systems/IT recruitment exposure or experience an advantage

• Update and maintain relevant spreadsheets and trackers
• Coordinate recruitment related administration

Qualification and Experience:

• Matric / Grade 12 is essential
• Completed HR degree or equivalent
• 1-2 Years experience in an HRA role
• Systems/IT recruitment exposure or experience an advantage

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Advanced proficiency in MS suite (MS Excel and PowerPoint Essential)
• Experience in doing v-look up, formulas on excel, PowerPoint
