Qualifications Required: Must have passed all subjects for Hospitality N6 or NC(V) L4 (A Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage)

  • Ability to work under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage training in the kitchen
  • Control stock (Equipment in the kitchen)
  • Responsible for cleanliness of the kitchens, boardroom, and Auditorium
  • Prepare ingredients for practical cooking sessions
  • Assist lecturers during practical cooking sessions
  • Prepare for functions (Venues and set up food stations for function)
  • Assist with buying of ingredients
  • And any other duty allocated to as the need arises
